Defect Cost Reports

A Defect Cost Report is designed to give homebuyers a practical breakdown of repair and replacement options for issues identified in the home inspection. After reviewing the inspection report, our engineering partner provides recommendations, estimated costs, and an overview of potential risks.

The report also includes helpful tools such as contractor bid sheets, contract agreements, and project specifications, all organized in a Google Drive folder—making it easier to plan next steps with confidence.
